Rodney Greene is a native Californian and currently lives in Rancho Cucamonga. Rodney is a songwriter/music producer and recording artist as well as a musician playing bass guitar, keyboards, and electric guitar and has been creating music for many years.

March 2024 - Real Close the Album Releases
New upcoming music projects by Rodney include the album "Real Close" which has been long awaited. The album was scheduled for release in December of 2023 however the new release date has been set for March 15, 2024 on GreeneStreet Records label. Rodney has already releaased two singles off the album (Real Close ft. Jackiem Joyner and No Stoppin') both of which debuted on the Smooth Jazz charts. The Real Close album features new music including Rodney's version of Kool & The Gang's Summer Madness as well as ballads such as Down With You featuring the sultry vocals provided by Kim Caffey as well as other smooth and relaxing vibes to set whatever mood your in.
January 2023 - No Stoppin' The Single Released
We're happy to announce the release of Rodney Greene's latest single No Stoppin' which is an uptempo track which features Steve Alanis on tenor saxophone, and Mark Drummon on Lead/Rythmn guitar. No Stoppin' has benn Rodney's montra as he continues his musical journey.

The renown DJ Kat Carter will be interviewing Rodney Greene on her Friday Night Live Show this Friday April 14, 2023. Rodney was introduced to DJ Kat at the 2023 NAMM Show in Anahiem, CA by a friend Castella Castella who is also a fast rising smooth jazz reccording artist. Kat is well known in the radio industry having interviewed some of today's risisng indie artists. It's people like Kat Carter and many other DJ's and presenters who provide a platform for indie artists for which Rodney is infinitely and humbly thankful. Rodney will be sharing his musical journey as well personal insights, currentl release, future projects and will also include a live performance with Rodney debuting his latest single release No Stoppin' on the GreeneStreet Record label. Rodney will be performing live on Sunday July 23 and will be featuring a wealth of talented muscians including Saxophonist Mo Louis. Mo's latest smash siingle "Static" went to number 1 on the Billboard charts. Mo is well on his way to becoming one of the elite in the world of smooth jazz saxophonists. Tickling the ivory's on keyboards will be Daniel Nelson, who is a recording artist in his own right and has relesed music.on all platforms. On lead guitar will be Mark Drummon. Mark is a much sought out musician for recording sessiions as well performing live with multiple band acts. His playing style is exremely diverse covering all genre's of music. On drums will be Derrick Womack. Derrick also has played with many bands and recording artists in his career. So, come out and support the fundraising event and hear some great smooth jazz music by some of today's hottest smooth jazz artists!

March 10, 2023No Stoppin' Single Success!
Rodney's latest single No Stoppin seems to unstoppable as it currently on three Smooth Jazz Charts simultaneously! No Stoppin' is currently #23 on the Smooth Jazz Network, #19 on Kevin Williams Top 50 Smooth and Jazzie Countdown, and #86 on Smoothjazz.com Top 100 Chart. This success could not be realized were it not for the Radio Station Programmers, DJ's, and Radio Presenters, too many to name however I sincerely and humbly thank each and everyone of you for your support of my music.
